Refund Policy

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund shipping costs will NOT be refunded under any circumstances. We do not provide refunds on used and tampered items. We will provide an exchange or store credit on products that appear to be defective only. Please promptly contact us with any issues so we can make them right as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@godscentcandles.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several days to reach us. (Due to the COVID-19 your returned item may be delayed.)

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our office.

Keep your proof of your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for returned packages that may be lost or stolen in-transit.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
