Shipping Policy

At Godscent Candle Co., we aim to provide you with the best shipping experience, no matter where you are. As each candle is hand-poured and made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order is shipped. This ensures that every candle is crafted with care and attention.

Order Processing:

• We accept orders 24/7 and ship Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays.

• After production, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipping.

• During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may extend up to 10 business days.

Shipping Information:

• All orders are shipped from the metro-Atlanta area via USPS or UPS Priority Mail.

• We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 USD on all orders, and orders over $75 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Important Note:

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or UPS to file a claim.
